1 General Terms

gbajee (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "we") is an online entertainment and gaming service provider. By using this website or any part of it, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.

3 Account Security

Keeping your gbajee account secure is entirely your responsibility. Keep your password and login details confidential and never share them with any third party.

• Use a strong password — combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and special characters.
• Do not use your login details on any other service.
• Log out when using an unfamiliar device.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately.

gbajee is not responsible for any unauthorised activity on your account unless it results from our own error. Transferring or selling an account is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals on gbajee can be made via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

gbajee offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Before withdrawing the bonus, you must wager the original bonus amount 20 times.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own terms; please read them carefully before activating.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and are non-transferable.
• Abusing the bonus system — such as making artificial transactions to obtain a bonus — is prohibited.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

All games on gbajee are powered by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which ensures that the outcome of every round is completely random and impartial.

6.2 Technical Issues

If the outcome of any game is affected by a technical fault or disconnection, gbajee reserves the right to settle it according to server records. gbajee bears limited liability for losses caused by technical faults.

6.3 Bet Cancellation

A bet or game may be considered void and the original stake refunded in the following circumstances:

7 Prohibited Activities

If such activity is proven, all winnings will be forfeited and legal action may be taken.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by Us

gbajee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice for the following reasons:

• Breach of these terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any available balance may be withdrawn before account closure, subject to wagering requirements being met.

8.3 Self-Exclusion
